That’s why Ian offers his One-on-One Mentoring program.

Designed as an a la carte consulting option for semi-pro and professional flippers alike, Ian is available to step in and help with projects big and small to ensure a successful renovation or flip.

Regardless of what stage you’re at in your project, Ian can step in to help give you advice and guidance to get you back on track or help you deal with an unexpected scenario.

Either in-person or on the phone, the One-on-One Mentoring Program is flexible, affordable and fully customized to suit your needs.

The cost of the One-on-One Mentoring Program is dependent on the client’s needs and goals.

A typical monthly program could include weekly, 1hr phone updates for 3 months (or until project completion).
